Spearheading the undertaking of making The Point Residences a reality, Impact Asia Concepts & Solutions will be taking the lead as general contractor, project manager, architectural and interior designer in this most exciting real estate development in La Union.Established in 2003 as a subsidiary of Thunderbird Resorts to provide for internal architectural and visual communication needs in its casinos and hotels based in Central America, Impact has designed and built nearly 116,000 m2 in casinos, 121,500 m2 of hotels and spas, and has taken over construction of 9,846 m2 in six hotels of Las Americas Thunderbird Chain of Hotels in Peru.
Detailing projects across Central America, Impact designs and construction have totaled to 8 Fiesta Casinos in Costa Rica, 6 Fiesta Casinos in Panama, 3 Pharaoh's Casinos in Nicaragua and the Fiesta Casino Intercontinental in Guatemala. Expanding its presence to South America and Europe, Impact opened other country offices in Colombia and Poland.
In the Philippines, Impact Asia developed Thunderbird Resort’s Hotel and Casino in Rizal and the first phase of the Hotel and Casino of Poro Point. While in 2008, they opened an office Daman, India, where they are developing the architectural design and doing the project management of a large 5-star hotel and casino, a first in India.
