Model Houses Unveiled

The Point Residences has recently released its 4 model houses: Athena, Selene, Aphrodite & Alexa.

All houses follow Mediterranean design featuring clean lines, panoramic windows and high volume ceilings for more airy and spacious feel.

The average lot prices is within the range of Php5,500-P7,500 per sqm with lot sizes between 250-600 sqm where differences in price are based on locations.

Lot classifications are as follows:

• The P7,500 per sqm lots are the ones with an unobstructed view of the sea and golf course
• The P6,500 and P5,500 are the remaining lots with a view of the golf course, bay and the ones on the main road near the commercial area.
